Our company which is in its scaling up phase is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to assist our leadership team. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation of one of our organization’s lines of business, which involves making important policy and its hands-on implementation. You will also be assisting our co-founders with the execution of their policies and assisting them with the execution of the strategic decisions and help develop a company culture that encourages morale and performance.

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Provide hands-on execution help for strategic and tactical decisions of the company.
  2. Participate in important policy, planning, and strategy discussions taking relevant notes for execution.
  3. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
    Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
  4. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  5. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
    Work with senior co-founders and other stakeholders.
  6. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  7. Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
  8. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  9. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  10. Support worker communication with the management team.

Operations Manager Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
  2. Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
  3. Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
  4. Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  5. Excellent communication skills in English
  6. Solid understanding of financial management.
