Senior Sales Account Executive
You are the first point of contact for our potential customers and lay the foundations for a successful collaboration. Thanks to your knowledge and commitment, our customers know about our solution and the positive impact it has on their R&D processes. You will support our customers along the sales cycle and work closely with our technical team to ensure that all relevant information is available at the right time to the involved stakeholders.
Your Impact
- You will own the entire sales motion and stakeholder management from inception to negotiation and close with the largest named accounts in the material and manufacturing industry for the DACH region
- You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers, products and the market environment in order to effectively position Simreka and identify and target new opportunities in the market
- You will deeply understand our client’s business needs, educate them about Simreka and the added value of working with us
- You build sustainable business relationships with relevant decision makers/contact persons of our customers and manage the upsell and expansion of our largest existing customers together with our C-Level
- You will support customers with business case and ROI calculations and demonstrate how our solutions directly contribute to their business success.
- You will work with our technical teams and ensure that our solution meets the technical requirements of our customers and run cross functional activities to ensure continuous improvement of our product’s placement, projection and roadmap
- You will advise on the Strategic GTM motion and make it as repeatable and scalable as possible
- You will attend trade shows and in-person meetings with target accounts
Your Profile
- You enjoy challenges and close teamwork in a dynamic environment.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales of complex technology solutions to enterprise customers
- You have experience with complex, lengthy sales cycles and large stakeholder teams and the ability to build contacts in different departments and management levels, including C-level
- You have a talent for communication, both in presenting our product in a professional manner and in defining customer needs.
- You are motivated, goal-oriented and able to work both independently and in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- You have accurate forecasting skills of annual revenues and pipeline conversion
- You have experience in client ROI calculations and value proposition development
- You have the ability to maintain integrity and grit in a fast-paced startup environment
- You bring the willingness to adapt and apply actionable feedback
- You have Business-level proficiency in German and English

- Experience working in startups, scale-ups, or hyper-growth environments
- Experience in enterprise software sales to the manufacturing industry
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams in different time zones
